About Me
Hey, I’m Kimberley Drapack, an experienced Creative Producer with a passion for impactful storytelling and innovative content creation. I am authorized to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship and bring a diverse background in media, production, and social content to every role.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English from McGill University, a Diploma in Public Relations from Sheridan College, and a Certificate in Digital Media from the Ontario College of Art and Design. This blend of education has empowered me to communicate effectively, think creatively, and execute complex projects with precision.
In my role as Head of Studio at The Peak, I led the creation of sponsored content, developed social media video strategies that grew our TikTok and Instagram audiences to over 40,000 followers each, and played a central role in doubling our flagship newsletter’s subscriber base. I’ve also directed numerous event productions, from in-person gatherings to virtual experiences, handling everything from creative asset development to promotions.
Before The Peak, I worked as an Integrated Producer at Navigator Ltd., managing social media campaigns across multiple industries. My responsibilities spanned end-to-end production, cross-team coordination, and direct client relations. I’ve also worked as a Social Media Consultant, where I designed strategies and managed influencer partnerships that elevated brand reach and audience engagement.

My entrepreneurial side shines through in Winslow Magazine, which I co-founded and led as Editor in Chief. Through Winslow, I developed a digital magazine focused on arts and culture, crafting campaigns and producing content that spotlighted emerging creatives.
